Something to Make You Smile and
Ponder |
What's wrong with the medical profession these days?....
This fellow walks into the
psychiatrist's office with a zucchini up his nose, a cucumber in his
left ear, and a breadstick in his right ear.
He says "What's wrong with me?"
The psychiatrist replies, "You're not eating properly."
**************************
Then there was the lady who came out of a complicated abdominal surgery
complaining of having a bump on her head and a terrible headache.
The nurse fearing the woman might be suffering from some post-operative
shock, spoke to the surgeon about it.
The doctor assured the nurse," don't worry about a thing. She really
does have a bump on her head. About halfway into the operation we ran
out of anaesthetic."
"B" is for belladona - How
did the plant, "belladonna" get this name?
The plant got this name because
ladies once used the extract to enlarge the pupils of their eyes, and so
make them beautiful. Belladonna is Italian for "beautiful
lady".
